Steve Coffey is a strategic growth advisor and senior executive with deep expertise in driving revenue transformation, go-to-market execution, and operational alignment across the building materials and industrial sectors. With a career spanning executive roles in business development and marketing, Steve has advised and led teams at the national level—guiding mid-market and enterprise organizations through complex growth challenges.

As Vice President of Growth at Venveo, Steve played a central role in scaling the agency’s influence in the building products space, partnering with manufacturers, technology firms, and service providers to design and implement high-performance marketing and sales systems. His leadership combined commercial acumen with a systems-first mindset, helping clients connect strategy to execution and drive measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Today, as Senior Partner at Coffey & Co., Steve leads consulting engagements focused on helping companies align their sales, marketing, and operational functions to unlock scalable growth. He is known for his ability to synthesize complexity, build high-leverage strategies, and embed operational discipline into every layer of execution.

Steve holds an MBA from Appalachian State University and brings a rigorous, results-oriented approach to every engagement—equipping executive teams with the clarity, structure, and momentum needed to lead with confidence.
