Bio

Loyal Carlon serves as C&C's Director of Growth, with nearly two decades of experience driving growth at the intersection of sales and marketing. A key contributor to multiple high-growth companies—including two Inc. 5000 firms—Loyal has played instrumental roles in building scalable revenue systems, optimizing cross-functional workflows to facilitate sales growth, and improving customer retention in fast-paced SaaS and eCommerce environments.

Known for his sharp communication and systems-oriented thinking, Loyal excels in roles where strategic handoffs and execution meet. He’s led the development of inbound revenue engines, refined operational structures, and supported leadership teams in aligning GTM motion across departments. Whether navigating complexity with frontline teams or coaching executive stakeholders, Loyal brings structure, clarity, and measurable impact to every engagement.

Loyal plays a critical role in ensuring C&C engages with the right companies—those positioned for meaningful transformation and ready to move with urgency. As the first point of contact for many prospects, he’s responsible for qualifying fit, assessing leadership alignment, and setting the tone for strategic partnership. Given C&C’s selective approach, Loyal acts as both gatekeeper and guide—ensuring that every engagement begins with clarity, shared expectations, and a strong foundation for long-term impact.
