Bert Lama is a veteran manufacturing and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, high-performance teams across the building products and industrial sectors. With a proven track record in business turnarounds, M&A integration, and multi-site operational leadership, he has held executive roles at some of the most respected names in the industry—including PGT Innovations, Harvey Building Products, Cascade Windows, and GreenFiber.
As Vice President at PGT Innovations, Bert led a $350M division comprising multiple business units and an expansive supply chain across the U.S. and Caribbean. He is known for building operational organizations that are deeply accountable and execution-driven—developing strong leadership teams, embedding process discipline, and tightly aligning plant performance with strategic business objectives. Bert thrives in environments that demand transformation, bringing structure, clarity, and operational precision to help companies scale effectively while improving margin, throughput, and team culture.
