Andrew Co-founded C&C along with his brother Steve Coffey. He's seasoned technology executive and transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience delivering innovation, growth, and enterprise change across the public and private sectors. In roles ranging from the White House to the Fortune 200 and mid-size firms, he has spearheaded growth strategies, go-to-market campaigns, and modernization initiatives around the globe. He combines deep technical fluency and operational leadership with a proven track-record for building high-performing teams and driving measurable outcomes at scale. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational theory from Virginia Tech and was a Senior Fellow at George Washington University.
