The purpose of our engagement is to conduct a focused operational review designed to provide clarity and decision support focused on operations. The objective is straightforward: identify hidden production constraints, quantify improvement opportunities, and deliver clear recommendations that support Arbor Wood’s next stage of expansion.

Our work is structured as a diagnostic engagement rather than an implementation project. Over the coming weeks, we will:

• Review Arbor Wood’s current production planning, scheduling, and forecasting practices.
• Evaluate manufacturing efficiency, including facility layout, throughput, and the operational impact of new equipment.
• Analyze Arbor Wood’s KPI framework and performance data to establish a baseline for decision-making.
• Conduct a two-day onsite assessment to observe plant operations, interview key supervisors and operators, and map process flows.

The deliverables will include a written findings report and an executive presentation, both designed to give Arbor Wood leadership clarity on bottlenecks, ROI-backed facility decisions, and immediate opportunities for efficiency gains.
